Yeah certainly very operative for the lecturer! Most of the posts in the blog touch off with tremendous education... Thanks for the material! None of the writing services could dispense such an fortune, all they can do is to make me buy essay which are not unrivaled. The only thing you've got to be acquainted trying to make an unique opus is that you can buy term papers or buy research papers about whatever. But remember, to make review about this topic is not an clear task. Thanks.

I love your writing Brendan because it touches my heart. I remember the first time we saw each other at Harding school. You were a substitute. Please call back.

Our 23-year old son was killed on PCH in Sept. 2010 as he was attempting to cross the road after parking his car. He was renting a room in a beach house on PCH that was marketed to Pepperdine students. Adequate parking was not provided. The landlord did not suggest that he would have to park across PCH until after he had signed the lease and moved in. We had asked the question when we looked at the room but did not get an answer. I urge all students to require a parking provision in the lease so there is no misunderstanding. It is too dangerous a road to have to cross on a regular basis. This accident never should have happened.

After attending a top MBA program and seeing what opportunities students at that school have, there really is no comparison to Pepperdine's Career Center. National Rent-a-Car (PU) vs. Deloitte or Goldman Sachs (large, top school). People at these top schools still have to work hard to get their internships and jobs, but at least they have a career center that is building the initial contact and setting up on campus interviews with competitive companies. Pepperdine needs to invest a great deal more into the career center. Have 15-20 full time employees working in the center, building contacts and bringing the right companies to Pepperdine. The national school ranking committees will surely be pleased with a shift in priorities like this.

I just want to applaud the letter written above. As a Pepperdine alumna and recruiter for my company, the problem really isn't the career centers at schools, the problem is the attitude of the current students who will soon be entering the workforce. You say you don't want handouts, but you want someone on campus who will basically hand you a job. It's not going to happen. It doesn't happen at other schools, either. You need to take advantage of the on-campus career networking opportunities and DO IT YOURSELF! I know that is tough to handle, but if you really want to have a job, you need to do things for yourself. College is meant to prepare you and provide you will tools, not do it for you. The Career Center has done a great job bringing alumni recruiters back to campus for Career Fairs. You should go to one and see all of the Waves there. Good luck!
